Appliancity Mall showroom is conveniently located on Adama Street in Adabraka, Accra – Ghana. You can easily find us opposite the NDC National Headquarters, sharing a building with Padoha, Chicken Billy Restaurant & Rany Pharmacy. To get to our showroom,

– simply follow the Kwame Nkrumah Avenue until you get to the Ecobank

– At the traffic light between the Ecobank and Total Energies, take the left turn to Adama Street.

– Our showroom is on your right.

If you’re using public transportation, you can take any bus or trotro headed towards Adabraka and ask to be dropped off at the NDC National Headquarters or Roxy Cinema. For customers within certain areas, we allow payment on delivery. For those outside these locations, payment at the point of delivery is available. We offer two payment options for your convenience:

Payment on delivery (Cash or Momo) and Bank Transfers : With payment on delivery, you pay for your order in Cash/Momo or send a Bank Transfer when it arrives at your doorstep. This option is available for selected Within Accra, Tema & Kasoa:

Payment at the Point of Delivery: With this payment option, Customers who are not eligible for payment on delivery, are provided with the option of making payment at the point of delivery. This means that when their package or parcel arrives at the designated location, such as the courier or parcel office, they can make the payment for their order.

Being fully committed to your convenience, we ensure that all large appliances including refrigerators above 150L capacity, Built-in Ovens, Cooking Bundles, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Freezers, and TVs (above 50 inch) are delivered to your doorstep free of charge. In addition, our small appliances orders above Ghs5,000 also qualify for the same service. Sales & Promotion purchases don’t count towards the free shipping threshold. Our aim is to provide our clients with top-notch services befitting their preferences and deserve to be a part of their delightful journey. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

  •  In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, keep an eye on your inbox for an email titled “Your Order is on the way” – we’ll include your tracking link for easy access! Alternatively, feel free to log into your Appliancity Mall Account to track your order at any time.

Once you have hit ‘Place Order’ at checkout, we cannot make any changes to your order. This includes:
– Changing the item or size
– Delivery/billing address
– Adding/removing items to your order
– Shipping method.

If you’d like to cancel your order, you have a 1 HOUR window to do so after completing your purchase. Simply locate the order in your confirmation email or account section and select the ‘Cancel Order’ button. It’s important to note that after the 1 HOUR window passes, cancellation is no longer an option. However, after the product is delivered, you can initiate a return or exchange process.

Upon selection of your location on our website, our system will display the delivery fee associated with your order to ensure transparency in pricing. Orders that qualify for our free delivery service will be designated with the “free delivery” class, which will be visible to you prior to placing your order. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery options.

At Appliancity Mall, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. When it comes to removing old appliances, we have a detailed policy in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and your property.

Also, we understand how important it is for our customers to have appliances installed quickly and correctly. That’s why we offer a free appliances installation service for all eligible purchases.

To ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we have developed a policy for our free installation service. This policy includes the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility: Only appliances that are purchased from Appliancity Mall and meet the necessary requirements are eligible for free installation.

2. Scheduling: Customers must schedule their installation appointment in advance and be present during the agreed-upon time slot.

3. Preparation: Customers must have all necessary preparations made prior to the installation appointment, including clearing the area for the new appliance and ensuring the necessary connections are available.

4. Installation: Our team of trained professionals will install the appliance in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that it meets all safety requirements.

5. Warranty: All installations are covered by a one-year warranty, which guarantees our workmanship and covers any necessary repairs.

At Appliancity Mall, we offer free appliance removal and installation services to qualifying customers. Our comprehensive policy ensures that customers receive the highest quality of service while also protecting our staff and property.

Eligible customers include:

1. Those who have purchased new appliances from Appliancity Mall and require removal and installation of the old and new appliances.

2. Additionally, customers who meet certain criteria, such as seniors or those with disabilities, may also be eligible for these services.

We strive to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for our customers, with flexible scheduling options and timely communication. Our team of experienced technicians works diligently to ensure that all appliances are installed safely and efficiently, and we take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction.

In the rare case of an incorrect installment, we will promptly rectify the issue at no cost. This policy ensures our customers receive the highest quality service and satisfaction.

If an appliance is damaged during the removal process, we will take full responsibility and offer a suitable resolution. We understand the importance of proper disposal and recycling, and we work diligently to minimize any negative impact on the environment.

We regret to inform you that free returns are currently not available. In the event that you wish to return a purchased item, we offer two options. You can either bring the item to our showroom in person or deliver it to us via a courier service. Please ensure that the item is accompanied by all the original packaging as well as the invoice or receipt. We recommend that you carefully inspect the item prior to making the decision to return it. If there are any concerns or issues, our customer service team would be more than happy to assist you. At Appliancity Mall, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and we will do everything in our power to process your return efficiently and effectively.

At times, a product may not live up to your expectations and you may need to return or exchange it. You can do so within 30 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in their original condition. However, please note there are some exceptions to this rule. Please see below for further details. Our return policy allows you to return any unwanted product within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for Showroom purchases). 

At our company, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. In order to receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us in their original packaged condition and be unused and uninstalled. Please ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition you received them. We carefully inspect all returned items, and unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a refund if the item is damaged, installed, unboxed or returned in an unsuitable condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth return process.

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us within seven days (7) and we will arrange for a replacement or return of the product. We may also ask for photo evidence of the damage. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item, and a refund confirmation will be sent via email. Shipping/delivery and handling costs are non-refundable.

We understand that waiting for your refund after returning your order can be frustrating. However, it’s important to note that delivery times to our warehouse may vary based on your location and chosen returns courier. This can result in refund processing times taking anywhere from a few days up to approximately 30 days. Thank you for your patience as we work to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
